Terms and conditions

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Adrian Munishi, Gokuluna, 8172 Niederglatt ZH, Switzerland (seller) and consumers (buyers). Deviating conditions only become part of the contract with our express written consent.

Product presentations are not binding offers. By placing an order, the buyer submits a binding offer. The contract is formed with our order confirmation by email.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), plus shipping costs. The seller is not liable for VAT, so no value added tax is shown. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Delivery is made to the address provided. Delivery times and costs are on the «Shipping & delivery» page.

Goods remain the property of Adrian Munishi, Gokuluna, until payment has been received in full.

Non-personalised products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Details on the «Returns & exchanges» page.

Statutory warranty provisions under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Niederglatt (Canton of Zurich), Switzerland. For contracts with consumers, the mandatory place of jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile additionally applies where required by law.
