Returns & exchanges

All non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Personalised items (embroidered names, engravings) are excluded from returns – unless there is a production defect.

Write to hallo@gokuluna.ch with your order number – we'll tell you how to proceed.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. How long the credit takes depends on your payment provider.

Want a different size or colour? Just mention it in your email – we'll look at what's possible together.
